IT IS NEWLY FURNISHED IN THE VILLAGE OF ST CHARLES AND HAS AN INCLUDED YAMAHA GOLF CART. 5-7 MIN GOLF CART RIDE TO 10 EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSES AND 3 CHAMPIONSHIP COURSES. 2 BLOCKS FROM SEABREEZE RECREATION CENTER. Each bedroom offers plenty of closet space and dressers in each. The living area has a reclining sofa and 2 swivel chairs for comfort as you relax or watch TV. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and a pantry for storage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed, tiled lanai. The Garage which can house the golf cart and a car has epoxy flooring for easy cleaning. Side patio great for grilling and eating outdoors. This location is great as it is so close to grocery stores, shopping, Lowes, and all the new shops on 466A Trailwinds Plaza. Very quiet neighborhood with access to everything. Cable and internet provided through XFINITY.

The home was very comfortable. We arrived early and the host let us check in at 10:00 am instead of 4:00 pm. The beds and pillows super comfy. Plenty of towels and everything needed in the kitchen was available. The use of the gas grill, an added bonus since so many places do not allow grill usage. The golf cart was great as well. I highly recommend this home.

Great location! Conveniently located just a short drive from shopping and dining on 466A, including Publix, Target, and a variety of restaurants. Sumter Landing is less than 10 minutes away, and Sawgrass Recreation Center is within walking distance. Lake Miona Rec Center is a 5 minute driveThe home is situated in a small, private community with very little traffic. It’s comfortably furnished, with a new washer and dryer and a golf cart that’s in excellent condition. The host is easy to reach, responsive, and extremely helpful.A lovely rental and an excellent value!
