We had a two room suite with a balcony. The views were wonderful over much of the city and surrounding areas. The room was very quiet and comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. Breakfast was served buffet style with very tasty options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent place to stay.

Not great. No one gives a coherent message. Lighting is garish and inviting, hardly relaxing. Some reception staff are brusque and officious. Next to a church so the room is booming all night long with clock bells. Staff are uninterested and demeaning Breakfast is abysmal

This place is beautiful! Great location near two tram stations. Lots of food options and things to see. The front staff were so helpful and friendly! Room was comfy and clean! They were so accommodating when we needed anything for our room or an early check in. Loved how eco friendly they were too! We would absolutely stay here again!
