It is a great location very close to Leiden Central Station. The common areas are a good place to relax and overall the hotel is higher end business hotel. We stayed for leisure and it was also good for our stay. The restaurant and bar area was expansive and fancy looking but we did not have time to enjoy those amenities. There was no air conditioning control in the room. I think the vent in the room was part of hotel main system but we just opened the window for ventilation.

Nice staff, okay breakfast, okay room size, very clean. Strange constellation with two single beds instead of doublebed, and an open shower leading to quite some spilling. No active ventilation in bathroom. Still, a big plus for a separate bathroom which is rare to find these days. Our room faced the motorway, but not that noisy luckily.

we had a wonderful stay at Tulip Inn. The staff was courteous, always smiling, very helpful. Our room had a king bed and shower. We were comfortable in the room. Good water pressure for the shower. Negative is the coffee maker needed to be replaced. Close to the trains, town and good restaurants.

Had a great time here. the staff were very helpful, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. dinner was superb. All in all a great stay in a lovely little city. Just a short walk to the Road/Rail Station. Ideal for Amsterdam and Keukenhoff Gardens. Most people spoke English and were very friendly. Will definitely return.

The hotel was in a very central location, there were facilities to leave luggage and store bikes . The bar and lounge were nice, serving cocktails and drinks, and all the staff were very helpful. We went on a very hot weekend and the only disappointment was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Otherwise I would have given 5 star

On site parking was secure but very expensive. Hotel website says it has a/c in every room but they don’t. The staff did provide us with some fans when we asked about the a/c but it was still very hot in our room (we visited in late June). The location was walkable to the city center and very close to the train station. Beds were comfortable except that the heat made it hard to sleep.

Mediocre hotel with no air conditioning and quite worn out outlook. The room was noisy from traffic outside and other guests moving around.
