The room overlooking the camel was lovely: seeing the sun break through the clouds with the church in the background. The location was also fantastic: so easy to walk from train station and to so many great areas within Delft. Staff was professional and helpful. The property and room itself wasn’t what I expected. Our room was on the garden level and the floors were very cold (in March). The heat also never made the room quite warm enough. On the plus side, we had a sauna in our room which we tried and warmed us up nicely. The carpet in our room needed replacement.
