Owned and managed by Water and Wood Properties, Reel Living is the perfect Mobile Bay getaway. This waterfront home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Relax on the swinging daybed while watching pelicans dive across the bay, grill your fresh catch, or spend the day fishing from the fully equipped private pier with a 15,000-lb boat lift. Crab traps and a crab pot are provided, along with an outdoor shower, cornhole, and a sleeper sofa for added comfort.

Water and Wood Properties welcomes you to Reel Living, a beautiful waterfront retreat designed for families and friends seeking the perfect Mobile Bay escape. Whether you're planning a long weekend or an extended stay, you'll find plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. Enjoy stunning bay views and coastal breezes from the spacious porch, complete with a swinging daybed perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The well-appointed kitchen features white soapstone countertops, ample prep space, and seating for up to 10 guests between the dining table and breakfast bar. You'll find everything needed for home-cooked meals, including quality cookware, chef's knives, an air fryer, blender, toaster, microwave, and a Keurig combo coffee station stocked with coffee, creamers, and sweeteners.

After a day on the water, unwind in one of three comfortable bedrooms featuring hotel-quality mattresses, luxury linens, and plush towels. The primary suite offers a king bed and private bath, while two additional queen bedrooms share a full bath. A queen sleeper sofa in the den provides extra sleeping accommodations, allowing the home to comfortably host up to eight guests.

Technical Amenities: This cottage has a designated work station in the first bedroom, hi speed WiFi, Alexa bluetooth speaker, Smart Tv's with streaming AND local channels in the den area. Primary bedroom TV with Fire Stick provided.

Outside Amenities: As you walk down the back steps of the cottage, you will find a fully equipped Green Egg Grill with lump charcoal provided. You'll also find a wood burning fire pit (firewood provided) with 6 Adirondack chairs. The back yard is fully enclosed if you have any little ones that want to enjoy some backyard play time! Corn hole game supplied! Outside shower!

If you enjoy fishing and crabbing, you are welcome to bring your fishing tackle and try your casting skills at some of the best fishing in Mobile Bay! The expansive fishing dock is a major attraction at Reel Living! It has seating for your whole group, a bar area with sink and refrigerator. It also has a great fish cleaning station if you're in charge of catching dinner! If you'd like to try your luck at night fishing, there's fishing lights on the pier. Large crab pot with burner and propane tank included!

If you would like to bring a boat or jet ski, a public lunch is about a quarter mile north of the home at Mullet Point. 15,000lb boat lift available..just let us know!

There's also a swim ladder provided.

Had a wonderful week with family on Mobile Bay. The house was like a gold star hotel. Everything was clean and spacious. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in showers as well as hand soap was nice.

We had such a great stay at this Mobile Bay house! The views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and we spent so much time just relaxing on the deck and watching the sunsets. The boat lift was a huge bonus and made it super easy to get out on the water whenever we wanted.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and all the little touches that made it feel like home. We loved how easy it was to enjoy both quiet mornings with coffee by the water and fun afternoons out boating.Overall, this place was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and amazing views. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at the vacation house! It was the perfect size for our family get away. Even though the weather was not in our favor the entire time we still enjoyed the amazing bed swing, fishing off the covered dock, crab trapping, and the kids running around in the rain. The fenced in yard was great to have for our toddlers to run around and still feel safe. It was the perfect location to be on the water and close to town to enjoy nearby activities, stroll through Fairhope and go out to eat at the local restaurants. We even talked about the possibility of renting this location again in the future.

Peaceful Bayside Comfort

Five of us enjoyed this peaceful and charming home that is directly on the bay. We loved coffee at the end of the pier, reading a book on the porch daybed swing, and the twinkling patio lights that extend to the end of the pier. The beds were luxurious with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Be home is away from the hustle and bustle, but a quick 15 minute drive to the amazing town of Fairhope. Host was lovely and very quick to respond. Would stay again!
