Cleanliness of the room could be improved. The toilet seat was dirty, the bathroom counter had puddles of an unknown liquid, and the bed had a large toenail in the sheets. Front desk staff was excellent and professional.

The sink was cracked, most of the furniture dinged, horrible coffee in the room, the bed founfation squeaked every time we moved, the "free breakfast" selections were awful. I am sorry i chose this place to stay and would never stay again or refer to anyone. It was a huge disappointment and waste of hard earned money.

Within 1 hour of checking in, the room next door was full on fighting in the parking lot, slamming doors, yelling obscenities - The room was gross.... No table. Bent floor lamp. The only redeeming quality was the cold breakfast bar. They had Otis spunkmeyer muffins.

The ground floor carpet felt dirty, like that was once the floor for pets. The room smelled like dogs even though they say no pets allowed. The cloth shower curtain was either not clean or it was stained a rusty orange color along the bottom. If you’re going to use cloth shower curtains, at least bleach them and replace them with a clean one after every guest. The bed was at least comfortable.
