AC was amazing, however the elevator works once in a blue moon. Good leg exercise though. Staff was great as always. Daily housekeeping is a nice surprise. :)

Check-in was simple and easy. Good condition of the rooms and breakfast buffet. I was pleasantly surprised to have an in-room coffee maker (besides the coffee offered in the lobby), microwave and refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. The 1st time was ok, but the room they have is the bed wasn't even made. Then they gave is a deluxe room instead. This time got there 15 minutes before check in. Was told room wasn't ready. That's fine. Wasn't able to check in for another 30+ minutes. Check in staff were not very pleasant. Elevator was broken and was given a room on the top floor. Toilet ran continously, had to push real hard on the door to get it open because it was scraping the door jam. Unless they do an overhaul on customer service and several things around the hotel, I won't be back.
