Great hotel - clean and comfortable all around. Wonderful bed! We had breakfast outside on the terrace, which was lovely. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee maker in the room, it’s the very cheap kind of coffee that much lower grade motels use. In many other hotels of Fairfield’s standard, Keurig machines are the norm now.

Overall it was ok. Staff at breakfast was nice. I had a late check out @12:30. At 12:30, housekeeping was knocking at my door. I was trying to write a note thanking them and also apologizing I didn’t have more cash (it was only $4) and and also finish getting ready to leave. He was very rude. I have never been rushed out of my room in any of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Fairfield was recommended but I will not stay there ever again.

Food ran out at breakfast with 40 minutes to go. Not well stocked or attended. Quality was not worth the expense. I left a docking station and was notified promptly and recovered it on way home. Good customer service.

1. Bathroom Amenities: There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower, but instead two bottles of shampoo. Additionally, the body lotion appeared to have already been opened and used, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. 2. Pillow Quality: There was no option to choose from different types of pillows, and the ones provided were of very poor quality. They lacked support, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. 3. Breakfast Meat Options: The buffet breakfast offered very limited meat options. The only available choice was spicy sausages, which may not suit everyone’s taste.
