While sitting in my Jacuzzi tub my bubble started coming up with brown crap, sat up, looked around and a huge brown ring was around the entire tub, including behind me and on my back I was so disgusted. I almost fell getting out of the tub. The room was great, but bring your own cleaning supplies.

Great location, easy to find. Very spacious and comfortable, we didn't use the amenities but noticed a fun game room and a nice pool. Our room was perfect for our family and the complete kitchen was a real nice feature. We will be back.

We've stayed several times and the suites have always been immaculate and we always have everything we need. However, the check in was very very slow with a long line and a limited number of agents, in some cases 2 per guest, 1 on the telephone to leaving only 1 to take care of customers

General mgr, reservations and front desk are all great within their silos; however, communications between them need to be improved. Part of the problems is their org structure and separated infrastructures.
