Inside, guests find a king bed with 50 inch TV and surround sound bar, two twin beds in a loft with 32 inch TV, and two cozy full sofa beds in a large living room with 50 inch tv, surround sound bar and fireplace. Perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. ALL beds feature new luxury linens and memory foam mattress toppers. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with unlimited tankless hot water and plenty of towels. Only a 1 min walk to additional public bathrooms and showers. The space offers heating and dual AC to keep you comfortable. A large private gazebo with outdoor kitchen, propane fireplace, hammock, and patio seating is on the lot. Large grass area adjacent to the lot for play and relaxation. Golf, swimming pool, and pickleball within 5 minute walking distance. Pickleball paddles available for use! Surrounded by nature, this serene spot invites guests to unwind and enjoy peaceful. moments. Make your summer trip memorable with a stay at our place.
