Large living room (58m²) which includes a kitchen area with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, etc. A central island separates the kitchen from the dining area and the living room equipped with a wood-burning stove. On the ground floor, you will also find the first bedroom (double bed 140x190) with sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet.
