Maybe because of the fact that the room was supposed to be handicapped accessible it looked very neglected. Very dusty, bathtub was badly stained, no waste basket in restroom, non working floor lamp and no cups for the coffee maker. Hotel smells very nice on the 1st floor.... We were on the 6th.... All the LUXURIES faded the higher you go up.... However the young guy working the desk last night was very nice and helpful. Room 609

The staff was fine, the room and the hotel in general not well maintained. The toilet tank ran most of the night, the hallway floors and elevators were low-key trashy. The lighting felt dim once you left the lobby. Gave the whole place a creepy, unnerving vibe. Almost considered it money lost and went to a different hotel.

Rooms were dirty - wet towels on the floor and rags in the shower. Floors in the hallways were not vacuumed. Cigarette butts thrown on the floor of the elevator. Lobby was updated and clean. Staff was helpful and nice but unkept amenities were widespread.

It was an older looking hotel that had messy/cheap looking renovations. The staff were very nice, but overall it felt a little ghetto. The pool smelled weird and the hot tub was out of commission (which would have been nice to know before booking). All the other guests we encountered seemed to be service workers. Again, not the worst, but definitely not what I was expecting.

We didn't even stay there it was so bad when we got there. It was beyond disgusting. I don't like to give bad reviews but it was definitely nothing like the pictures show. I would suggest updated photos for anyone wanting to stay there.

They had cancelled my reservation because they oversold the room and did not even notify us!😡 Advertised spa- covered up, not usable. Advertised weight room- not available in a mess. No hot water for shower!!! Oatmeal just water with a few oats- bfast nasty. Pool area filthy. And there is more! Want refund!

Check in staff was friendly. Music on intercom and TV were so loud I could barely hear the receptionist. Elevator was dirty. Fan in elevator looked like it had been on fire. Lights didn’t work on elevator TV remotes didn’t work. Room was clean. Hallways and common areas need to be cleaned. Overall this looked like a forgotten property in the Wyndham group.
