Unbeknownst to me, the breakfast (which was mentioned on the Hotels.com website....WAS UNAVAILABLE due to "renovations." Wow. When I arrived, my bed was UNMADE. My room....was in HORRIBLE shape, with paint spattered in tub, visible ceiling patching, etc. When I arrived back late to my room, THERE WAS SOMEONE SLEEPING IN AN OUTDOOR WALKWAY ON THE CONCRETE, covered with a blanket. I'm very cheap when I travel, so I've stayed in some doozies...but THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE. Just TURRRRRIBLE.
