I never checked into my room the staff was no where to be found I rang the doorbell about 6 six times and no one came to help me to check in I slept in my car and still got charged on my card for me sleeping in my car

I like staying here in normal conditions but i keep booking a king on line and pay for it and they keep giving me the same room with queen that the air contion cant keep up in the hot weather and the room dosnt get under 80 and the tub faucet dosnt work right cant get anything but hot water

Unsafe

I was traveling through town. Online pics don't show area or how unsafe it seems. Clerk had to be behind closed windows with just a slit to pass id through and there was no lobby. No breakfast or coffee pots anywhere. Towels were thin, white with stains. Was worried about the cleanliness of bed and sofa. Being a solo woman, I went in, locked the door and didn't come out til I left in the morning. Would have found another hotel if I had not prepaid for room. No wonder they make you pay ahead of time. Will not stay there again.
