Good for an affordable stop on our road trip. The mattress was very soft…sleepable, but would have been nice to be a little firmer. Felt like you would sink into it. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and communicative. Appreciated the kind, clear customer service.

I went to check in and the key was never put in the lockbox. When I spoke to the manager her response was vague and she seemed not to be concerned that I had to literally go in the back and get my key that was left on the front desk after the employee went home.

No room service (might have occurred if I asked). My pet peeve is the quality of the mattress. In this area, they failed. Lastly, a significant part of the hotel appeared to be filled with long term, low income people. I don't believe that they were immigrants, but a significant majority of them appeared to be cooling their heels 24-7.

Place was clean and quiet Had to take out our own trash and get fresh towels from the front desk. Parking was a problem if you came back after dark Convenient to family that we were visiting but we would not stay there again

At my second night, i came back late in the night after a Red Sox game, my key card was not working. No staff was in the building. I had to call and wait 40 min in front of my locked door room. Before check out, my girl said, mom, there is a spider on the wall… but NO it was a tick! Last Time at these hotel!
