Staff were good. Cleaning team were excellent. Room always spotless and nice smell. Bathroom very clean too. Not many channels on tv and no Netflix fun tin etc. Breakfast offering was extensive and great value!

Wonderful views all round. Generally the hotel condition was very good. Food was excellent and perfect for a three day stay, but the menu would be a little limiting as far as choice was concerned for a longer stay.

Made to feel welcome . The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast is excellent with both the food and service being just that If I had one small grippe and I know it’s difficult but the possibility of having a light duvet wouldn’t go amiss. I tend to use a 4.5 tog duvet all year round and the duvet in rooms is heavy and I get too warm but mot enough to throw the duvet off

All perfect - easy check in. Beautiful room such comfy beds!! the food in restaurant was so good probably the best at a hotel i have ever had. Spa was lovely! could do with more places to sit chairs or sunbeds round the pool.

It was the perfect place to stay for our "exhausted mums" weekend. The only thing I would have liked was a mini fridge in the bedroom The staff were excellent, we made full use of the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Breakfast was very well catered for and delicious.

Lovely place to stay, we got upgraded to a suite as it was our anniversary which was really nice. Both breakfast and evening meals were superb. Very much recommended! Also nice easy walk into tewksbury centre as well.

Had a lovely welcome from the reception staff and the staff in general were very friendly and accommodating. We had room 306 and the view of the golf course was gorgeous. The room was large and spaces and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, could tell it was all locally sourced. The pool facilities were a bit disappointing, not enough seating around the pool and only one pool to share with the public. Steam and sauna very small. But apart from that we had a lovely enjoyable short break and would definitely return.

The property was comfortable and well serviced. Staff were well trained and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and there was a very good choice. The food in the restaurant was first class. I recommend the goat curry!

Summer Bank Holiday

A lovely bank holiday weekend choice! We had three nights and, given that we had breakfast and use of the wellness facilities/pool, we thought it was very reasonable. Staff were discreet and polite but friendly and good humoured in spite of being so very busy. Would definitely come back again and hope to.
