🌺 Ia ora na & Maeva 🌺 You will feel right at home in my beautiful wooden house overlooking the lagoon and its private beach, shared by only a few other properties. My place is ideal for a relaxing getaway in harmony with nature. It's located halfway between Papeete and Teahupo'o. You'll be charmed by its blend of modern comforts and the surrounding natural beauty. My house includes: 🔹️A living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen. 🔹️A beautiful, large terrace for relaxing. 🔹️A bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) (accessible via a step) and a view of the lagoon. 🔹️A bathroom with an en-suite shower and a separate toilet. 🔹️A laundry area with a washing machine. ⚠️ Air conditioning is only available in the bedroom. I live in the commune of Mataiea. It's halfway between Papeete and Teahupo'o. It's a perfect stop to discover the beautiful island of Tahiti 🌴 You have many options around my place by car such as: the Vaipahi Water Garden (5 mins), the golf course (5 mins), Taharuu beach (10 mins), the Monoï laboratory (6 mins), the Botanical Garden (10 mins), the Maruavana'a waterfall... There is a bus stop on the corner of my street but I highly recommend having a car to come.
🔹️Parking is free on site.

⚠️ Access to my house is via a wooden staircase, so it is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties. The same applies to access to the bed in the bedroom.

I accept a maximum of 2 adults.

Everything is provided at my place: bed linen, bath towel, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo...

Air conditioning is in the bedroom only, and please use it only partially during your stay.

The accommodations are entirely non-smoking 🚭

The house is beautiful. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a full sized fridge, two ovens, dishwasher, wine frig, etc. The ocean view is heavenly. The huge terrace opens the house into an even larger, comfortable space. The only problem is that neighbors burned stuff many mornings, so I had to close all the windows. But I found this all over the island so not shocking. And certainly one can’t guess when it will happen. The location was great for visiting places in the south end of the islands. Teahupo’o is close enough, Tautira is a lovely drive with a park for picnics and a swim. The local botanical parks and Taharuu are all very accessible from this place. I really enjoyed my time here.
