This villa offers a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the most popular tourist areas such as Calpe, Moraira and Benissa.On the ground floor, the villa has a large terrace equipped with a barbecue, washing machine, refrigerator, outdoor living room and dining table, with direct access to the pool. There is a split air conditioning in this part of the terrace. The terrace is left open for the poolkeeper's access, to keep the pool in good condition. The main house includes a living room with television, an entrance hall, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. GROUND FLOOR



Features an entrance hall, living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and TV, alongside an independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob and main appliances.
