Inside you’ll find 5 large bedrooms as well as a wonderful open plan lounge and dining area, a great space for families of all ages. Soak up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers or sip a cocktail from the delightful terrace. Within 10 minutes walk you'll have a restaurant, cafe, mini market, with the charming El Portet Beach merely 15 minute walk away, where you’ll also find a host of eateries, affording you an excellent location. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Located in the beautiful area of Moraira, close to the pretty beach of El Portet, Villa Portichol Alto is in a fantastic location. Take stroll down past the marina to the white washed buildings of Moraira village where you’ll find charming streets and lanes to discover. There are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from, a couple close to El Portet beach and a wider selection within Moraira village. Our villas Angela Flores, Catorce Flores and Mar Flores are in the same street. You will find robust taxi and bus services in the area for easier transport.

Main pool: 11 x 5 mtr, 1 - 2.1 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

The single bedroom on the first floor is only available for season 2026.
