MAGNIFICENT VILLA SITUATED IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH A SPLENDID GARDEN AND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: Villa CORASOL has a Mediterranean style and is distributed over two floors. We access the villa through an entrance located on the upper floor that gives us access to a large space formed by the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. The living room consists of two armchairs, a three-seater sofa, a coffee table and a television. Just behind is the wooden dining table surrounded by several chairs. Close to this space there is a very comfortable armchair to relax in a moment of intimacy. The independent kitchen is located to the left of the dining room with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare fantastic meals. On this floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a toilet. Access to the lower floor is via the external staircase from the main terrace. On entering, we find a third bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. This villa has a private flat which completes the fourth bedroom of the property. It has a double bed and a bathroom with shower along with a basic kitchen.

EXTERIOR: The villa has a large parking space for several vehicles. The garden of the villa CORASOL is colorful, spacious and full of local flora. The swimming pool is surrounded by several sun loungers available to guests. In this space there are several chill out areas where you can enjoy a refreshing drink with your friends and/or family, and on the terrace on the upper floor you will have access to a dining table with views of the surroundings.

SITUATION: The CORASOL villa is located on the heights of Moraira where the atmosphere is very pleasant in the middle of nature and in peace. The view is beautiful and the surroundings are very peaceful. The villa is located in a residential and quiet area. The beach is 5 minutes by car as well as all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and all water activities.

Deze villa is niet zoals deze op de foto's lijkt. Wij verwachtten een luxe grote villa met een prachtig zwembad maar het is een relatief kleine villa die zeer gedateerd is. Boven is één badkamer die redelijk nieuw en op zich prima is, waar alle personen die boven slapen in moeten douchen maar die alleen bereikbaar is via één van de slaapkamers. Dat is dus niet erg handig als je met twee stellen bent. De meubels (met name de banken en stoel in de zitkamer) zijn oud en versleten. De bedden zijn erg smal en er zitten geen lakens of kussenslopen op. Die moet je zelf meenemen of apart huren. Op de beneden verdieping is de garage verbouwd tot een kamer zonder douche of bad. Daarnaast zit een zeer gedateerde andere kamer met badkamer. De airco deed het daar aanvankelijk niet terwijl het 34 graden was. Naast deze kamer loopt een open afvoer, waar soms opeens water vanaf loopt, die verschrikkelijk stinkt. Het zwembad met terras is mooi maar er zat veel alg in het zwembad waardoor onze zwemkleding groen werd en jouw lichaam ook. Er was geen stofzuiger of andere schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig (behalve buiten een bezem) om tussendoor zelf de woning een keer te stofzuigen. Het is jammer want de locatie is prima en het pand zelf zou met wat meer moeite en een geringe investering veel mooier gemaakt kunnen worden. Voor ons viel het erg tegen.
