La Cabaña is a very special and stylish Duplex, located in the lovely town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, positioned in a small and quiet urbanisation, with a communal pool and mature Mediterranean gardens. This stylish house has two large terraces with stunning sea and valley views including the picturesque bay of El Portet.
Upon entering you will be welcomed by lots of natural light and a fresh contemporary decor throughout this beautiful renovated duplex. During the renovation several original features, such as the terracotta tiled floors, and the cozy fireplace have been preserved. Calming color combinations, natural materials, and fine fabrics make this house a pleasurable place to enjoy your holiday.
The duplex comfortably accommodates 8 people, with four luxury bedrooms and three modern bathrooms distributed over two floors. Two of the double bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms. The other two double bedrooms share a guest bathroom.
The Kitchen is well equipped and has a beautiful bar finished with handmade tiles. The cozy living room and adjacent dining area both open out to the large terrace and have stunning sea views and valley views. A wonderful place to enjoy relaxing, during the day to the evening.
The outside spaces of La Cabaña is a great place to spend relaxing days. The two spacious terraces, one on each level, provide enough space for everyone to find a nice spot in the sun or in the shade. Relax on one of the sun beds and enjoy the Spanish sun and the pleasant sea breeze. End the day with a sundowner on the lounge sofa and watch the stunning sun set across the valley. The location of La Cabaña is also a great plus, you are only a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful town of Moraira with its two sandy Blue Flag beaches, one being the stunning El Portet Bay.
