Unfortunately my bathroom wasn’t very clean, some remnants from the previous guest on the basin. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I only noticed it while having a bath. I will try this one again as I believe that they deserve a second chance.

Room are very tired and really need decorating, woodwork around the shower was rotten in a couple of places radiator was old and rusty. However the bedroom was ok ish. Bar was very pleasant but the kitchen was closed early with no notice so no food available. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was advertised as full breakfast but this was not available a minimal continental breakfast was available which was very basic.Really not a place I would want to stay at again.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and it's really well located for wedding venues. We were able to check in ahead of 2pm which was really helpful. Our room was roadside and was really loud with lorries going past, even on a bank holiday Sunday morning. The radiator also turned on at 3am and made the most awful noise which woke us up!
