Domu Elgive ground floor is a beautiful apartment part of a three-apartment structure surrounded by a private garden with views over the mountains and the sea of the Marina di Tertenia.

At your disposal, a double bedroom with private bathroom, an additional double bedroom and a room with two single beds. In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, sofa in the dining room with TV, bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside, private enclosed parking, barbecue area shared with the other units and a beautiful veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside. The property is air conditioned and has free WIFI.

The owners, Flavio and Laura, live in the third apartment of the structure and are at your complete disposal for any need.

Die Gastgeber sind super, machen alles möglich.Das Haus sehr schön und sauber. Terrasse groß und schön. Garten toll angelegt.Insgesamt Anwesen super toll.Die Strasse zum Anwesen, Sand und Schotter, da waren wir schon sehr überrascht.
