There are holidays that take you away from it all, and then there are holidays that make you feel like you have actually arrived somewhere. Amelie is firmly the latter.
Perched above Terrigal with sweeping, uninterrupted views over the beach, the headland and the Skillion beyond, this beautifully appointed three-bedroom condo is the kind of place that stops you in your tracks the moment you step inside. The view hits you first. Then the space.
Inside, the apartment is light, modern and generously proportioned. An expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is anchored by an oversized white sofa, a natural jute rug, and a sleek dark kitchen island that gives the space both warmth and edge. The real centrepiece, though, is the wall of glass sliding doors that opens wide onto the terrace, where the Pacific Ocean stretches out before you in every direction. On a clear morning with a coffee in hand and the Terrigal headland glowing in the early light, there is nowhere else you would rather be.
The terrace is generously sized and fully furnished for outdoor entertaining. Pull up a chair under the shade sail and watch the waves. It is exactly what a terrace should be.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well-appointed for a group, with everything you need to cook proper meals in. With a dedicated workspace, strong WiFi and air conditioning throughout, the apartment is just as functional as it is beautiful.
Three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms mean there is space and privacy for everyone in the group.

Two secure garage parking spaces are included with your stay, and with lift access from the garage up to the apartment, arrival and departure is effortless. A travel cot and high chair are available for families travelling with little ones.
Terrigal Beach, the lagoon and the Esplanade are all just a short walk from the front door. This is a location that sells itself.
THINGS TO KNOW
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a high chair and a cot, however, we do not provide linen. You're welcome to bring your own!
*There are 2 parking spaces in the garage underneath the home.
*Please note, there are 3 flights of stairs/24 stairs on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. Once you have gotten the garage buzzer, you can use the garage and elevator to enter/exit the property.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.
* No smoking allowed
* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* No Pets allowed.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 6 overnight guests, 3 day visitors, 9 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
