Welcome to Holder Guesthouse! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath - 2 story townhouse style home is brand new and the perfect getaway for a small family. The master bedroom has a comfy King Sized bed with walk in closet, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom complete with beautiful clawfoot tub. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and have smart TVs with WiFi. A queen size sleeper sofa w/foam mattress is available downstairs in the living room. Guests also have a private patio with bar & seating area and access to the main backyard oasis where there is a pool, hot tub, gas firepit and propane BBQ grill.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Netflix and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
