To recall the typical mediterranean architecture colors the apartment is painted white and blue, so you can immediately breathe the Italian atmosphere.
Casa Maurus has an independent entrance even if is located inside a noble building. Inside there is a large living room with a conversation area, two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en- suite bathrooms.
At the entrance, in the large open space, there is the kitchen with a suggestive fireplace that enriches the environment making it warm and cozy.
The kitchen is well-kept and the design features let you immerse in an elegant and refined ambient.
There are two beautiful terraces - furnished where guests can enjoy relaxing moments - from the terraces you will admire the green countryside and the citrus groves of the garden below and the old town and the amazing views over the blue sea.

Rental Rules
Minimum stay 5 nights for all periods; From 12/07 to 22/08 min. stay 7 nights.
The arrival / departure day is not fixed, customers can arrive on any day of the week.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
A late check in Fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.
Rates include energy consumption (water, gas, electricity), air conditioning, internet connection, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linen and final cleaning.
A security deposit of 200 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Cot and high chair: included
Pets not allowed.
Tourist tax: 2 € per person/ per night. The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations.
