Experience Terra Alta like a local in this spacious 3-bedroom house. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. This gorgeous property offers a terrific stay for guests. The house features all the essentials you need, including AC, iron, free WiFi, heating, washer and dryer. On site parking, with EV charging capabilities (renter to provide their own charger at this time). There is an inflatable kayak and an inflatable paddle board at the property, as well as life jackets, for guests to use. Lots of outdoor activities during the spring, summer, fall, and winter seasons from kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking trails, golfing, or just kickback and relax in front of the warm fireplace. Stay at Clover House and enjoy everything Terra Alta and our welcoming house has to offer.

UPDATE: As of 5/1/2026, additional space available on the lower level. The newly renovated basement adds a beautiful bonus bunkroom, bathroom, living area, and game room. Also enjoy the new wood-burning firepit. Pictures will be uploaded soon.

Everything from the moment we arrived was excellent. This home had all the little touches that made the stay even more magical than already being at Alpine Lake is. The home is stunning and the amenities are the best I have ever seen. I have never stayed at such a wonderful rental. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions we had, which was very appreciated. We loved it so much we already booked our stay for next summer!

Beautiful house

We had a great time staying in this beautiful house. It was very clean and had all kinds of upgraded amenities. The host even provided clips and Nespresso pods, and had warm bread delivered as a welcome gift! It felt very high-end. I really enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the mountains and lake access. The host was very quick to respond to questions, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this rental!

Alpine Lake Stay

We absolutely loved our trip and this gorgeous house. This home is extremely well-stocked to make you feel like you are at home and not just a guest! The owner was very easy to communicate with during the entire stay. The location is perfect! You have a wonderful view of the lake and an easy walk to go fish off the shore! We cannot wait to come back!

Best place for a large family

Our family came and went as they had time. Plenty of room for everyone. Home was well stocked with all that we needed. Really appreciated the extra paddle board, kayak and life jackets. Hosts had hot fresh bread delivered after our arrival. It was delicious! Hope to come back next year.
