Problema com Reserva e Experiência na Estadia

Olá, Hotels.com, Gostaria de relatar uma situação que ocorreu durante minha estadia. Fiz uma reserva pelo site, e ao chegar no local, meu nome estava na lista, mas ao procurar mais informações, descobri que a reserva não estava corretamente vinculada ao hotel. Como resultado, tive que pagar uma nova diária, mesmo já tendo sido debitado no meu cartão. Além disso, percebi que a estadia não tomou iniciativa para tentar resolver a situação diretamente com o hotels.com, o que me deixou sem suporte. Entrei em contato com o Hotel.com, e me informaram que poderiam resolver em até 72 horas, mas até o momento isso ainda não foi resolvido. Gostaria de entender o que pode ser feito para corrigir essa situação. Além disso, acredito que alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados na estadia, como a qualidade da cama e a questão da privacidade, pois os espaços entre os quartos são muito próximos, o que compromete o conforto.
