A beautiful, comfortable, and cozy home surrounded by nature, offering complete privacy and breathtaking views of the mountains. There are three bedrooms inside the house—one suite and two bedrooms that share a bathroom—and three suites in an annex outside the house. It features a large landscaped area with parking, spring water, a freezer in the barbecue area, and easy access—the last kilometer is a dirt road in good condition. It is located in Parque do Imbuí, an upscale neighborhood in Teresópolis, approximately 6 km from downtown.
