Não porta de acesso do estacionamento do hotel para parte interior do hotel. Voce precisar sair do estacionamento na rua. Pra entrar no hotel. Um absurdo. Alem disso, o check in eh super lento e ineficiente

Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.
