The well-furnished apartment “Treyer 1 Typ B” is situated at 1,210 m in Terenten (Terento), in the scenic Pustertal Valley (Val Pusteria) of South Tyrol, and is close to many great hiking routes as well as skiing areas. The 47 m² apartment is part of the Treyer Residence and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a ski storage and a baby cot (on request). Start the day with coffee on the balcony and enjoy the stunning mountain panorama all around you. The communal outdoor area has a garden with seating furniture for you to have breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. You will find a supermarket after a one-minute walk (80 m), a bakery is a3 -minute walk (200 m) away, and restaurants are within a 2-3-minute walk (180 m) from the apartment. 450 m (a 6-minute walk) away, there is a playground for children with table tennis and next to a minigolf course and tennis courts. The area offers many great routes for hiking and mountain biking, and some fantastic skiing areas are also close by. The Kronplatz skiing area is located 22 km from the apartment and can be reached by taking a shuttle bus, which leaves only 100 m from the property. The Gitschberg skiing area is a 30-minute drive (25 km) away. Furthermore, South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas or go shopping after a one-hour drive (62 km) from Terenten (Tereneto).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. A laundry room can be used for an extra fee.
