When we arrived at The Grapes the property seemed clean. On closer viewing there were cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the rooms. The vaulted ceiling and beams also had cobwebs all around them.The outside space has beautiful views but unfortunately we did not use it as it was an absolute mess. It had dead leaves and a dead plant in a pot and needed painting and a really good sweep. The outside space looked as if nobody had looked after it for an extremely long time. The bathroom is tiny and very cold even in the warm weather that we had.The signal for the t.v was poor and it was just terrestrial channels, no smart t.v. We had to contact the property company as the roman blinds that were at the windows in the lounge were very flimsy and after the 1st night of closing them we could not open them. The property company sent someone out the day after and they were repaired but again unfortunately they failed to open completely on the day we were leaving. It is sad to write a negative review for this property as it could be lovely. It is in a very quiet location and the small village is extremely nice. There is a very nice walk down to a fantastic beach and is in a great location to get to the nearby resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
