Your sleeping arrangements include:

• Main floor: Two spacious primary suites, each featuring a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom and safety box.

• Upper floor: One king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with its own private bathroom and safety box, plus a cozy living area with a TV and two sofa beds for additional guests.



Enjoy air conditioning, ceiling fans and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The living room features a 55-inch HDTV with cable TV, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use, making longer stays more convenient.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cooking essentials. You'll also find generous counter space, dishes, silverware and wine glasses.



Two adjacent dining tables provide plenty of room for shared meals and family gatherings.



Additional indoor amenities include a bathtub, hot water, a hair dryer, bed linens, closet storage and an iron.

You'll have a private entrance and access to the house, private pool, covered terrace and backyard. Free driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.

The home spans two stories, and access within the house requires stairs, as there is no elevator.

Luggage drop-off is allowed.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo and conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets where applicable. These items are provided as a starter supply.



Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

Please note: The property is accessed via a gravel road, and an SUV with 4x4 is highly recommended.

•A refundable security deposit hold of $1,000 is required before check-in. It will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.

•The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.

•The home is intended for responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted.

•Smoking is not allowed on the property.

•Pets are not permitted.
