If the price is right, go for it. The whole place is a little run-down, but overall it was an ok spot to stay. They only cleaned once during a 10-day stay, and we had to BEG for it. Only one person on staff at all times, if they leave the desk you have to wait for them to come back. Wifi is ONLY in the lobby, there is no wifi in the rooms. The balcony was nice with a good view of the ocean/marina. Walkable, if you don't mind the massive hill. We did it with no car and ubered/walked everywhere. Pools are cleaned every day, but are still generally a little dirty. Don't be fooled by the swim up bar at the main pool-- it's never open.
