Our home is located in a small, typical Guanacaste setting, close to the beach towns, but far enough away from the touristy feel. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the area with cows and horses grazing nearby. Howler monkeys can often be seen in the nearby trees and chickens will stop by looking for something to snack on. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a volleyball / badminton net, a master bedroom with a full bath and 2 additional bedrooms that share a 2nd full bath. There are plenty of eating options with a bar counter top in the kitchen, a gorgeous outdoor dining area out back and a small table out front for morning coffee. The house is equipped with hot water, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen with all the essentials, and each bedroom has AC.
