Beautiful grounds, have visited before only to eat at restaurants but I was disappointed they did not reserve specific parking for guest staying there. They had a huge event that day n there was no parking, had to keep going around and around. Paying guests shouldn’t struggle to find parking for price we paid per night, they need to prepare better for these events
The Inn is beautiful. The grounds are on top of a hill, with lush greenery and beautiful nature sounds. arrival for check in was confusing. Especially because it was dark. It seems you need to go down to the winery as no staff was actually at the Inn for check in. Wish we knew where to go, via email confirmation or staff available when we called multiple times to find out this information prior to arrival. Kept getting the message machine. The Inn itself is 2 stories and has a common area living space on the main level with a dining table, fireplace, coffee bar and fridge for guests. When we went it was all decorated for the holidays. So cute! You can hear others rooms open and close which is hard for light to medium sleepers. Because i mean, it sounds like the doors are slamming even if they aren’t. We stayed in the En Vie room which has a quaint balances overlooking the vineyards and winery below. Gorgeous sunset view. I think where our room is located was above the garages because we kept hearing mechanical or loud noises. Room was clean and robes/slippers great touch! Bed decent. They do run a shuttle down to the winery and back, which we were not able to get ahold of office during our stay at all to schedule it. Thank u to Bolero manager who drove us to our room bc no shuttle. at least one staff member should be stationed in the office at the Inn. There were times we had questions/needed water etc. that would of really improved the stay. Overall enjoyable. Winery gorg
My husdband and I love these place. great costumer service, healthy food and testy wine, great enviroment and people to visist. We were at the Inn, it was so beutiful just came down to borelos for dinner. it was magical.
thank you.
We did not end up staying at the inn. It was completely misrepresented. When we reserved the room. I thought we were staying on site at the wineries for a wedding we were attending. I did not know it was a converted house into an inn. We literally stayed in one of the bedrooms of a house.
Stay in the casitas! They offer s’mores packages that you can purchase and roast at the fire pit! The three different tasting rooms are wonderful, staff is nice, room was big, clean and nicely decorated, parking was a dream and free. Wish we would’ve stayed another night to fully enjoy the property and try the restaurant.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room was clean, staff was very accommodating when we needed anything and loved the beautiful setting. We ate at both the tapas restaurant and the deli and the food was delicious and service was great. We will definitely be back.
Three wineries in one place. Great selection of wines and a couple dining options. They host a number of different events open to the public every week. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Room was great, I wish they would’ve called me to let me know I left my bridal bouquet in the check in office. Didn’t have my bridal bouquet for my wedding. Other than that, the room was perfect.

We arrived and were told that there were no rooms available. We asked for the manager, who also confirmed that every room was block booked for a wedding.
They had a block booking for a wedding and we would like our money refunded.
Thank you
Room was cozy. AC was nice and cold making it great for sleeping. Probably one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel setting that I’ve slept in.
Grounds were pretty and view from the front at sunset was very pretty.
Definitely be back.
We love staying at Europa Village. Both the casitas at Bolero and the Inn are wonderful places to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the property is always well maintained and the service is stellar. All of the staff are warm and attentive. The winery and food at Bolero restaurant are fabulous as well. Nice to have it all in one place. Europa Village is our favorite place in Temecula.
Great place to stay on the Europa property. Lovely room and common area. Very much like an atmosphere at a B&B (just to be clear, does not include breakfast). Would very much stay again!
Moderate house keeping. Cleaning rags left in room, didn’t restock towels, glasses, toilet paper. A little dirty, couple of cockroaches. Fairly nice grounds. Need to pave driveway and parking area. Bump up standards and attention to day on house keeping. Friendly and attentive staff who were responsive to requests.
Staff was super friendly, room was clean. The room looked nothing like what was shown (spacious). Needs updating and the entrance door was French doors which obviously you could see through and see the bed two feet in.
