Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Beautiful location but…

No A/c and temperatures ran in low 90’s.Thermostat dead. No water in one of the vanity in master bathroom, supply line was clamped off. No handle on refrigerator freezer, it was sitting inside freezer. Lots of minor stuff that needs attention. No screens on the sliding doors and many windows so you had to choose bugs or sweating it out.
