The location is incredibly convenient, and the check-in process was fast and efficient, thanks to the helpful and customer-oriented staff. My room was roomy and well-equipped, and the breakfast provided reasonable variety considering the price. However, there were some significant shortcomings with cleanliness and upkeep. The flooring appeared old and worn, and I discovered a hole in the sheet on one of the beds. Although I found the mattress comfortable, the gel pillows were unsupportive and led to neck discomfort. The pool and hot tub had accommodating hours, but the facilities were not well-maintained—there was visible dirt, remnants of food on the floors, and uncleaned poolside furniture. The elevators operated slowly, which proved aggravating during busier periods. The in-room air conditioning was also unreliable, frequently turning off during the night and interrupting sleep. During one visit to the pool area, there were men with a large cooler openly drinking beer and smoking marijuana, which made the atmosphere unsuitable for families with children. In summary, this hotel has promising features, including its convenient location, attentive staff, and spacious rooms. Nonetheless, substantial improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, and bedding quality are required to create a more pleasant guest experience.
