We had a 2 queen suite. Picture showed a couch. We did NOT have a couch. One of the queen mattresses squeaked so badly, I was kept up most of the night when one of my kids moved. Lastly, the tv was mounted to the right of the beds NOT directly in front of them. I had a neck ache from having to turn.

Such a great hotel! Our family loved it. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was huge and beds were very comfortable! Loved the hot breakfast. Lots of options. Walkable to old town and lots of nearby dining options. Pool was clean hot tub was hot. Would definitely stay here again

The check in was slow. The front desk was talking with someone on the phone ( business call) but we were on line for about 15 mins imagine? And then when she assigned me in a first floor , I asked if I can have a higher floor, she lectured me about specifying this during my booking . Your sink at room 313 is clogged .

There was no meat offered or available at breakfast. I selected this hotel based on the expectation os a good breakfast in the morning. The woman working the buffet said they must have forgotten to order sausage or bacon.
