Located just a short walk to Wilson Creek Winery, or a very short drive to Ponte Winery, Botaiia Winery, and South Coast Winery, this home is also very private, and includes a picnic area with twinkle lights overhead to enjoy the sunsets and sip wine as you wind down from the day’s activities.

Inside the home, the master bedroom boasts a King Size bed, flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, its own master deck leading out to the spa/pool, and a luxurious master bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in double shower. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, while the remaining guest bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, making it ideal for families with children.

The bathrooms are new and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. The home's decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, with natural wood accents and cozy furnishings throughout.

THINGS TO KNOW

-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $500.00/Per Month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-RV Hook-Ups Available and guests can park their RV for additional cost.
-This single-story home is accessed via a set of stairs at the entryway.
