The Space:

This spacious apartment offers a calm and modern atmosphere, designed for comfort and easy living. With bright interiors, thoughtful details, and open views of the sea, it creates a relaxing setting for both short and extended stays. The space feels fresh, private, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

The apartment includes three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom for added privacy. Each room is designed with a clean, modern style and a peaceful atmosphere. The bedrooms are set up to provide rest and comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day out.

There are two well-maintained bathrooms, designed to be simple and functional. They offer a clean layout and a refreshing shower experience. Everything is prepared with care to support a smooth and comfortable stay.

There is a suitable elevator, the front door to the apartment is wide, as are the bedroom doors.



In addition, outside the tower there is a passage to the tower lobby.



In Israel, there is a law that public and even private places must provide accessibility for people with disabilities, which means that time spent outdoors must also be adapted to this.

It’s a neighborhood that balances convenience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



4. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



5. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.
