This was the best service that I've ever had at a hotel. We had a lot of trouble getting there because there were communication issues (our texting didn't work, they tried to WhatsApp our home phone, etc.). The staff felt so bad for us that they upgraded our rooms, gave us free drinks, helped us carry our luggage, and extended the checkout. Even though the communication issues weren't that much their fault, they were very apologetic. They were super friendly. Also, we had a great view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the rooms were quiet and clean. All of us really loved our stay.
