When we arrived the property was not clean. A lot of garbages and mess. We wait for the cleaning guy several hours.

While being very friendly stuff, the apartment is a little bit worn out and run down. This is a residence apartment that was sub-divided into two units. Very small room and a decent size living room. There is a bit of mold on the walls next to the windows, and the curtains don't block the sun completely (but the apartment does get relatively dark). The living room has a window which almost closes, and the room itself has a window to the corridor of the external apartment (with no curtains and constant light). Despite that, the location is quite good (close to Hashalom train station), and the apartment is relatively quiet. Personally, I wouldn't stay again, but it is a good bargain for the price.

No frills apartment, close to train station

It is an apartment as shown in photo. It has large windows, love the brightness. Bed is in another room. Easy to communicate with the owner, and very clear instructions for check in. Shower is leaky, could use some repair. But beside that, everything is alright.
