Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment on Shlomo Hamelech street! Located on the 1st floor of a charming building in the heart of the city, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect home away from home for your stay in Tel Aviv.



As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the stylish and modern design of the apartment. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the flat-screen TV. The large balcony is a great feature, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the city views.



The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, with everything you need including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The king size bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a larger bed if needed. There are also two modern and clean bathrooms for your convenience.



One thing to note is that there is currently construction work happening in the surrounding area, which can sometimes be noisy during the day. But we've taken this into consideration and adjusted the price accordingly, making this apartment a great value for its location and amenities.

Guest Access:

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Just a short walk away is the Old North neighborhood, which is known for its beautiful Bauhaus buildings and trendy bars. You can also take a stroll to the City Center, where you'll find some of the city's most famous attractions, such as the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and the Azrieli Center.



Getting Around:

Getting around the city is easy from our apartment. The City Center is within walking distance, and there are plenty of buses and taxis available in the area. You can also rent bikes or electric scooters to explore the city on your own. Some of the closest points of interest within walking distance include Dizengoff Center, Habima Theater, and the Tel Aviv Port.

Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT, however, a valid passport photo and tourist visa must be presented by all guests upon arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in a 18% VAT charge.
