Хорошее расположение и страсти с заселением.

Мы ездили на Новый год и чудом нашли недорогой отель. Но, кажется, хозяин понял, что продешевил и за две недели до заезда (а я бронировала за 3 месяца до заезда) решил отменить нашу бронь. Написал в whatsapp мол уберите свою бронь, у нас пробелмы с электричеством и вы найдете обязательно себе жилье. К слову, единственное что осталось была койка в 30-местном номере за $170. То есть нам надо было заплатить $340 за ночь в 30-местном номере! Благодаря вмешательству Hotels.com все обошлось. Нас заселили в номер даже выше категории, с двумя спальнями и балконом. Хозяин попросил оставить 65 шекелей в сейфике. Кажется, это не сделали предыдущие жильцы, т.к. в номере было грязно - мусор не вынесен, в раковине длинные черные волосы. Но мы не стали жаловаться, т.к. и так были рады, что смогли недорого заселиться. В остальном, кроме этого инцидента, все прекрасно. Отличное расположение, все рядом, есть мини-кухня, холодильник.

richtig schlecht. Alles alt. Türen öffneten sich schlecht. Code an der Tür funktioniert nur bedingt. Bad sehr dreckig.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in einem der angesagtesten Viertel und gibt einen guten Eindruck davon, wie man in Israel früher gelebt hat. Kakerlaken habe ich in mehreren Wochen nur eine gesehen und die war ganz klein, allerdings war ich ja auch im Winter da. Es ist zu bedenken, dass dies eher ein allgemeines Problem in Florentin ist, also nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat. Geputzt wird schon, nur eben auf israelische Art. Sonst alles durchaus sehr zufriedenstellend.

A walking distance from Tel Aviv central bus station 6 floor. The bus stop to the Ha'hagana train station is just around the corner. The beach is about 2 km. The owner reacted quickly to my request such as getting a new clean towels en how to get a taxi.
