The best part about this hotel was Natalie, who works at the front desk. She made my stay worth it. I was upset upon arrival about the construction on Ben Yehuda St in front of the hotel. This was not listed in the booking. I was also upset about the "sea view" which was blocked by the high rises. Natalie helped make my stay better, as she let me have breakfast during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection. I also enjoyed the hotel gym, which has a wonderful view of the sea. Other then that, the rooms are small and very basic. The hotel needs to be updated as well. I wouldn't stay here again, but was very appreciative of Natalie's kindness!

The property lacks any unique features. The photos are misleading; for instance, the gym appears well-equipped in the pictures, but in reality, it only has two cardio machines and three dumbbells at most. Additionally, the sauna is often out of service, making it unavailable when needed. To make matters worse, construction on the only access road to the hotel creates significant inconvenience, especially when arriving with luggage, as there is no assistance provided and no car access.
