Comfy room; great pillows and matress. Bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. Tea tray was plentiful. High quality breakfast with plenty of options using local produce. I really can't fault it!

Great pub with rooms.

Great pub with rooms with everything we needed. If you are lucky, as we were, you will get magnificent views over the Teign estuary. We didn't get to eat with them in the evening but two locals informed us it was their go to place for an evening meal.

We particularly enjoyed our stay at the cockhaven arms. The rooms were very good for families, the beds were very comfortable and the fixtures and fittings were higher grade. The only disappointment I would say is the breakfast. I ordered a full English breakfast which was overcooked and I felt the portion side was small. My children ordered waffles which were overcooked and a bit dry. No freshly squeezed juices were available and alternative milk was not available. The fruit was tinned fruit and not fresh. If you pay premium I expect premium.
