We enjoyed a great stay in the property. The apartment was clean, bright and welcoming. The check-in instructions were thorough, although only supplied the day before the stay. It would have been nicer to have the instructions 3 days before to avoid last minute worries.The apartment is set within a complex of many other apartments. Within the complex were two swimming pools, one shallow one for children and one for grownups. The kids pool had plenty of sun loungers and parasols, but there was little sun cover available in the adult pool. The pool was clean and secure. There was a bar next to the pool but we did not make use of it.The apartment complex was close to shops (450m) and the beach (750m). The local Spar supermarket had all the essentials you would need. We have a nice meal and drink at Cactus Jacks bar/restaurant on our first night. The beach promenade was clean and not too busy, despite being peak season. The two beaches had plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. Sun longers and a parasols were available to hire (two loungers and one parasol was 17). There was a good array of bars and restaurants along the seafron and further inland. All prices were very reasonable. We went to the Teguise market on Sunday (a must do activity...but get there before 9.00am). The volcano coach tour was excellent (but you must book ahead). The Cactus Garden was above expectations and worth a visit. Overall, a wonderful week in Lanzarote. Better than Tenerife!

Everything from initial comms, to finding our way into the apartment and then the apartment itself was amazing.We couldn't have wished for a nicer place, with a better host and will be looking to return in the future.Highly recommended
