Sunny terrace, wonderful views, complex with 2 swimming pools and air conditioning

The apartment and the entire complex were completely renovated in 2022!
We now have 2 new pools and a new poolside bar & restaurant!
A new air conditioning system was just installed in June 2023.

The house underwent a complete overhaul: it was fully repainted, we added new furniture, and upgraded all features and amenities.

New queen-size bed, June 2022.
New 55-inch smart TV.

Wonderful top-floor apartment with a great terrace and views. Fully equipped.

Our “added value” is my friend Daniel. He’ll greet you upon arrival and explain everything you need to know about our place. He can help with your luggage and will also be available throughout your stay for anything you might need.

A local tax of 2€ per person per day is payable upon arrival.

A very nice and sunny top-floor apartment in a newly renovated residential complex. The apartment is approximately 69 sq. mt., plus a very sunny terrace with great views of the sea and the pool.

The master bedroom features a very comfortable queen-sized bed and is spacious and airy.
The bathroom has been completely renovated and now features a new, very large walk-in shower.

We have a nice, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso-style coffee machine, microwave, and electric stove.

There’s a brand-new, extremely comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together upon request. A second full bathroom is en suite.

The apartment is fully equipped with satellite TV featuring English channels, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a washing machine...

From our large terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views of the pool and the sea, as well as stunning sunrises and sunsets.... You can enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in total peace and comfort.

Communal parking is very convenient and just a few meters from our door.
The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from Los Charcos Beach, as well as restaurants and shops/markets.
It’s a great, quiet, and well-connected place for a vacation.

We enjoyed a great stay in the property. The apartment was clean, bright and welcoming. The check-in instructions were thorough, although only supplied the day before the stay. It would have been nicer to have the instructions 3 days before to avoid last minute worries.The apartment is set within a complex of many other apartments. Within the complex were two swimming pools, one shallow one for children and one for grownups. The kids pool had plenty of sun loungers and parasols, but there was little sun cover available in the adult pool. The pool was clean and secure. There was a bar next to the pool but we did not make use of it.The apartment complex was close to shops (450m) and the beach (750m). The local Spar supermarket had all the essentials you would need. We have a nice meal and drink at Cactus Jacks bar/restaurant on our first night. The beach promenade was clean and not too busy, despite being peak season. The two beaches had plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. Sun longers and a parasols were available to hire (two loungers and one parasol was 17). There was a good array of bars and restaurants along the seafron and further inland. All prices were very reasonable. We went to the Teguise market on Sunday (a must do activity...but get there before 9.00am). The volcano coach tour was excellent (but you must book ahead). The Cactus Garden was above expectations and worth a visit. Overall, a wonderful week in Lanzarote. Better than Tenerife!

Everything from initial comms, to finding our way into the apartment and then the apartment itself was amazing.We couldn't have wished for a nicer place, with a better host and will be looking to return in the future.Highly recommended
