We have just returned from our new year break at the hotel which was booked last minute. On arrival we were offered any drink whilst we had our booking checked and the staff were super friendly. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived earlier than check in time but we used the hour to familiarise ourselves with the hotel and the local area. We booked a sea view suite which was marvellous though did ask for robes, tissues and iron and ironing board which were brought up to the room straight way. We had booked on a B and B basis but as we were staying over New Year the gala dinner on NYE was included and was amazing . Nati and the team were fantastic and so accommodating and friendly, they really work hard at ensuring the guests have a great time and are fed well! The entertainment on NYE was fun . We loved the saxophonist, flame dancer who was also the compare and great and the ABBA ladies who had everyone up dancing! The atmosphere was wonderful. The pools were pretty chilly despite two being heated but we didn’t mind. Invigorating is the word! Plenty of sun loungers and the place was never crowded just as we like it. We had gone to chill out and regroup ready for 2026 and the place is perfect for this. It is not for those looking for nightly rowdy entertainment nor big loud groups. There isn’t any music around the pool areas during the day which was fine for us as we listened to our own via headphones. The hotel is immaculate. We loved our stay and will return! Thank you

Amazing hotel. Upon arrival you’re met with friendly staff, we requested a room with afternoon sun and that’s what we got. The room and balcony are exceptional. Housekeeping did a great job. The lifeguards are very attentive and go beyond. Breakfast was fantastic - the station where you can have “eggs your way” you can have omelette or poached eggs to your liking. Second time staying here - the best.

Excellent hotel if you like an adult only quiet space. Situated outside but close enough to easily walk into Teguise. Rooms feel spacious with a sofa area to relax. Always clean and tidy, bathrooms just beginning to show their age. Food is excellent , catering for all dietary restrictions. There is evening entertainment but tends to be more solo singers. Four pools to choose from, we go in November / December and I wish they were a little warmer . The hotel position tends to shelter the balconies etc from most of the strength of the wind. Great little spa on site offering good massages and a small well stocked gym. This is our second visit to the hotel, sadly the price has escalated between our two visits. I hope it manages to remain competitive next year

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage. The pillows were very soft, this made it uncomfortable to try and sit up in bed to read. Small fridge in the room. Water provided on day one. Seaview room, spacious balcony with a pool and a nice view of the sea. Nice pool and lobby bars. Service was good some occasions, at other times needed to go and find a menu and order at the bar. We booked half board. The restaurant was lovely and the staff worked very hard. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Everything was clearly marked. Only slight disappointment was the selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. Quite a lot seemed to be tinned, the pineapple was still frozen! The coffee machine was very good. Overall a lovely hotel.

Everything was amazing. Greeted at the door with a smile and a glass of fizz, nice touch.The room was spotless. The guys who keep the pool area clean deserve recognition. Everyday they cleaned sunloungers, tiles, the pool, the glass, superb job. The food for breakfast was really nice. The staff are what make this hotel fabulous. Very friendly and all seem happy in their work. I will be back next year so keep up the good work. Great holiday. hotel fabulous

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with a wide time span to enjoy Dissapointment - spent less money than I would have because bar was too far away up two levels and there was no waiter drinks service for sun bathers!
