The apartment has two well-distributed bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, guaranteeing comfortable rest for all guests. It has a single bathroom with shower, fully equipped for your comfort.



The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances such as fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and juicer. In addition, you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.



Connectivity will not be a problem thanks to the available WiFi. The apartment also has a television for entertainment moments. Although it does not have air conditioning, its layout and location make the stay pleasant.



A charming detail is its balcony, perfect for enjoying the views and having a coffee whilst contemplating the surroundings. The apartment has a surface area of 70 square metres, offering a comfortable and functional space.



Important to note that pets are not allowed nor groups of young people, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.



For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
